What have we learnt?

To support people who face severe multiple disadvantage in Bristol and further afield, and create widespread and long lasting change, we collected the learning from our work by tracking what worked well and how we could do more of it. We shared this learning with the wider system in a range of formats from reports and webinars to infographics and videos.
