Approach to Change
We developed an Approach to Change that supported our partnership working efforts - in complex systems and with complex clients. The Golden Key ‘Approach to Change’ was a visual tool designed to help us think about how we could work systemically. It could also be used to evaluate whether a system has in fact changed.
