Unlocking system change capacity

Golden Key is excited to open registrations of interest for a new pilot looking at supporting organisations to develop their own system change approaches and processes.

Over a year long pilot, Golden Key is offering to work with three organisations, supporting them to translate learning from the programme to enable development of their own system change processes.  Our aim is to support organisations to not only identify blocks that service users face, but also to act upon these, creating tangible examples of system change. Golden Key will share learning, including tools that support system change, and offer regular support to those involved.

We are looking for applicants who are:

  • Committed to developing their own system change approaches

  • Willing to use learning and apply it in their own context

  • Able to identify key individuals who can cascade learning, embedding change processes

  • Looking to improve the experiences of service users, particularly those with complex needs

If you are interested in this opportunity please send an email entitled ‘System Change Pilot Registration of Interest’ to info@goldenkeybristol.org.uk by 31st May 2019.
