Healthy System Indicators
Through our work, we have identified a number of indicators of success that those working towards ED&I outcomes can use to assess the extent to which progress is happening. Some of the ways you might build these indicators into your metrics include using them as an evaluation or research framework, or by incorporating them into existing supervision structures, dedicated one-to-one catch ups, coaching sessions, or reflective spaces, to name a few.
